Terms of Service

Manazo provides software and platform infrastructure that helps centres manage staff, Students, memberships, classes, attendance, content, payments, invoices and related records.

Centre responsibilities

Each centre is responsible for the services it provides, its customer relationships, schedules, instructors, content, prices, taxes, refund and cancellation policies, communications and compliance obligations. Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and use appropriate authority when managing centre or Student records.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with another tenant, upload unlawful content or use Manazo to violate applicable obligations.

Payments and providers

Student payments are made to the relevant centre. Manazo supplies the technical workflows used to record, verify and reconcile supported payment outcomes; the centre remains responsible for its prices, taxes, refunds and customer commitments. Payment, email and Google features depend on external providers and networks, so their availability and processing can affect Manazo features.

Service changes and availability

We work to operate Manazo reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Any contractual fees, service term or cancellation terms agreed with a centre remain governed by that agreement.
