MANAZO
Support
Effective 19 October 2026
Centre owners and staff
Contact Manazo for centre setup, platform operation, staff access or provider-connection problems. Include the centre name, the affected feature and a safe description of the issue. Never email passwords, payment credentials or Google tokens.
Students
Contact your centre first for membership, class, attendance, course, payment, invoice or refund questions. The centre controls the services it provides, its records and its refund policy. Contact Manazo when the problem concerns access to or operation of the Manazo platform.
Login, password and access issues
Staff can use staff password recovery when they cannot sign in. Students should ask their centre for account assistance. If recovery does not work or platform access appears incorrect, contact Manazo without sending a password or reset token.
Payment or refund uncertainty
Do not repeat a payment or refund merely because the outcome is unclear. Share the provider reference with authorised centre staff so they can inspect and reconcile the existing transaction. Centres may escalate a platform or provider-status problem to Manazo.
Google, Razorpay and provider connections
Centre owners or authorised staff can report connection, consent, checkout, webhook or synchronisation problems. Include when the problem occurred and the visible error, but do not send provider secrets, credentials or access tokens.
Privacy and data requests
Students should normally ask their centre to correct centre-managed records. Students and centre customers may also contact Manazo for privacy, access, correction or account-closure requests. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is completed.
