MANAZO
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective 19 October 2026
Payments for memberships, classes, courses and other centre services are payments from a Student or customer to the relevant centre. Refund and cancellation eligibility is determined by that centre's published or agreed policy. Manazo provides the technical platform and does not promise refund eligibility or independently refund a centre's customer.
Successful payments and refunds
Where the centre permits a refund, authorised centre staff can record an offline refund or request a supported payment-provider refund through Manazo's accounting workflow. Provider processing may remain pending or uncertain. A processed refund may create a credit note, while the original issued invoice remains unchanged.
Pending manual payments
Cancelling an unconfirmed cash, bank-transfer or offline UPI payment removes that pending payment attempt. It is not a refund of a successful payment and does not record money as returned.
Uncertain outcomes and membership effects
Do not repeat a payment or refund merely because its result is unclear. The centre should reconcile the existing provider transaction first to avoid duplicate charges or returns. Full and partial refund effects follow the applicable purchase or renewal history; later membership activity can require administrative reconciliation.
Requesting help
Students should first contact their centre with the payment reference and request details. Centres can contact Manazo at support@manazo.in for platform, provider-status or reconciliation assistance.
