Information we process

Manazo processes account and profile details and information about centres, staff, Students, memberships, classes, attendance, courses, videos, payments, invoices, refunds and support requests. A centre uses Manazo as its management platform and controls the information it enters about its staff, Students and services.

Why information is used

We use information to authenticate users, operate tenant-scoped centre features, provide Student access and entitlements, process and reconcile transactions, maintain business and accounting records, protect the service, investigate problems and respond to support or legal requests.

Google integrations

When an authorised centre user connects Google, Manazo uses basic identity and profile information to identify the connected account. Calendar event access is used for centre scheduling and Meet-enabled classes. Drive access is limited to files that an authorised user explicitly selects or authorises through Manazo; Manazo does not request broad read access to the user's Drive. Google credentials are protected server-side, and access to private Drive content remains subject to Manazo's tenant, role and Student-entitlement checks.

Payments and other providers

Payment credentials and card or bank details are processed by payment providers such as Razorpay. Manazo stores the provider references, transaction state and accounting information needed to operate and reconcile the service, rather than complete card credentials. Other infrastructure and communication providers process information where needed to deliver their part of the service.

Security and retention

Manazo uses tenant-scoped access controls and protects sensitive provider credentials. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect it and meet operational or legal obligations. Invoices, payments, refunds, credit notes and related accounting records may need to be retained after an account or centre relationship closes.

Requests and contact

Students should normally contact their centre first because the centre manages their account and service records. Students and centre customers may contact Manazo about privacy, access, correction or account-closure requests at support@manazo.in. We may need to verify identity and involve the relevant centre before acting on a request.
